"We came down from Charlotte NC and we LOVED this place. Our stay was great, the office was clean, smelled really nice, the staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Or room was clean and huge. We stayed in a 3 bedroom connecting suite plus. The only exception was, the previous person left their lunchbox in the fridge and it wasn’t thrown out before we got there. The pools were great, the water was warm every time we went. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again."

"Stayed for four days and really loved how close the hotel was to everything. There was so much available at the resort that you honestly didn’t need to leave. The biggest downside was the timeshare pressure. The way they try to push you into attending a timeshare tour felt very pushy and honestly a little slimy. I’m on vacation to relax, not to be hounded about sitting through a sales presentation for hours. The resort itself was nice, but the timeshare antics really took away from the experience. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay again."

"Would definitely come back ! Staff was so friendly and helpful and when I texted them got an immediate response and if not immediate then a pretty quick response within 20 minutes. Pool stays open late . They do keep you informed of any closures due to rain and when it opens back up they also notify you. They text you about daily activities you can do with the kiddos! We had an amazing time and already are planning to come back !"

"Absolutely great place to stay. No complaints. Our condo had everything we needed. A beautiful place to stay and free access daily to the water park was awesome. Plenty of places to eat and shop super close to the resort. A definite smart choice way better than a hotel. Making plans with friends for the next trip."
