"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort and had a great overall experience, especially for a family-friendly getaway with plenty to do on-site. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, which made a big difference throughout our stay. The pool areas were a highlight—especially the lazy river at River Island, which feels more like a water park than a typical hotel pool. One downside was the lack of clear communication about activities at the pools and bars. There were events happening, but it wasn’t always obvious when or where. Better signage or schedules would help guests take full advantage. The restaurants and arcades were a nice bonus, though more information about deals or specials would have been helpful. The website was also pretty basic and not very user-friendly, and mobile food ordering would have been a great added convenience. Overall, it’s a fun, activity-packed resort. With better communication and a few tech upgrades, it could be even better."

"We had the 2 bedroom condo which was great. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the pools. The waterpark was fun, fills up fast, especially on the weekend so you need to go early for seats (unless you pay to reserve). Quality of food is to be expected, in my eyes, you are paying for the convenience of it. We ordered lunch at the waterpark which enabled us to stay past lunch and keep our seats. Service was cool, they bring it right to you! One thing that would be great is better coffee- if you like Starbucks then you are all set. The rooms have Keurigs and I am NOT a big fan of those and the Market Place sells Starbucks, I prefer Dunkin but that is just fyi and not a huge point. Location was great but we had a rental so traveling was not a problem for us. Plenty of restaurants close by.... We also shopped and did some cooking so we did not have to eat out for every meal. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, it was clean, spacious, fun, good location and reasonably priced even during our school vacation (from Boston) week."

"This place was wonderful. We’ve stayed at the Reunion Resort for the last 5 years, however, these condos are fairly new. We traveled here during the gov shut down in late March and after a nightmare at airport, it was a fresh breath of air! I had reached out to their staff because our flight was changed and we were arriving super late so I wanted to give them a heads up so there would be no issues upon our arrival. There was an issues with the ac unit so we got an upgraded room. The nice thing about this situation is they must have checked the room to make sure there were no issues prior to our arrival in order to discover this. As for they knew we were having issues because we had already contacted them about the late arrival. They called me while I was still at The airport and told me what was going on but told me not to worry they had a plan in place and was upgrading us to a larger condo which was beautiful. Denae was very nice, professional, and made sure we were taken care of. She was really a fresh breath of air after the nightmare we experienced traveling. People like her are needed. We could Have arrived there after a long day of Traveling only to Discover there was no air in our unit which would have made our trip worse but instead her proactiveness completely turned our trip around."
