No hot water - no water even out the tap. Only cold water which is no good. Too tierd to move rooms. "Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house. Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good. Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes. Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities. Would certainly return."
