A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast with grab and go, but there was not much drink selection in the fridge. The beds were comfortable.
