My only reason for concern was that the listing mentioned there was A/C. That only existed in 1 room. The faucet was barely holding on in the kitchen. However you are right downtown and you can hear everything going on outside on a Friday/Saturday night. Room was sanitary but not clean. Definitely needed a good vacuum, dust and deep clean of the bathroom. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay for a quick budget friendly trip. "
