Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway ground floor beach condo. Newly renovated with a peaceful deck overlooking a beautiful pond. The condo has a master bedroom with a king bed and a pullout queen bed in the living room area.

A short 7-min walk to the private beach makes it easy to enjoy the sands of South Hutchinson Island. Ocean Village offers a multitude of amenities such as 3 pools, a 9 Hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Bocce Ball, and a restaurant.

Incredible

The property was wonderful. You could tell immediately that the condo has been totally remodeled. Carolina is an outstanding host and extremely caring that the experience was nothing but positive. The unit was well stocked with everything you might need for long term stays. If you have the the opportunity to stay in this condo. Don't "think about it" ..DO IT, it wont be regretted.
