The south end of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to the bustling north end near Times Square. This part of Estero Island features wide sandy beaches, calmer waters, and a more residential feel, making it popular with families, couples, and those seeking a peaceful getaway. Visitors enjoy easy access to Lovers Key State Park, great spots for kayaking, paddleboarding, shelling, and watching wildlife like dolphins and manatees. You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, beautiful community lounge areas, tennis/pickleball courts, and all outdoor spaces. Designated free parking is included, with additional free guest parking available on-site.
Check-in is one hour earlier than other rentals at 3 PM, and check-out is one hour later at 10 AM.

Easy Checkout – Relax to the Very End. Your vacation should feel effortless—even when it’s time to leave. At 206C, there are no cleaning check-out chores. All we ask is that you run the final dishwasher load and take out the trash—we’ll handle the rest. Leave refreshed, not rushed.
May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark, all curtains/blinds must be closed. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon! There are Amber lights throughout the community.
