"Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud."

"The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids...

"We had a good stay. The condo was close to the two pools and the walk to the beach was not too far. The bathroom and the balcony are a little small. There weren’t any hand towels in the bathroom so bring extra when you come. A/C works well and keeps the condo cool."

"Overall, we had a positive experience.The apartment has a balcony with a spectacular ocean view that can even be enjoyed from the kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. We found the apartment very clean upon arrival, with clean, well-maintained linens, and the beach access is very convenient.However, there are a few points worth mentioning: The listing advertised accommodations for 8 guests, but it is really comfortable for 6. There were seven of us, and although a portable extra bed was provided, there was no suitable space to place it, which made our stay less comfortable. One of the bedrooms was advertised as having a Queen-size bed, but in reality the bed was closer to a Full size, which was smaller than expected. Since the apartment has a drip coffee maker, we expected at least one coffee filter to be provided or a note in advance letting us know they were not included. Having to go back to the store on our first morning just to buy coffee filters was inconvenient. The two bedrooms other than the master face the exterior hallway. This reduces privacy, requires the curtains to remain closed during the day, and allows the hallway lights to shine into the rooms at night. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be helpful to include a lemon squeezer, a good grater, a pair of kitchen scissors, oven mitts for safely handling hot baking dishes or pans, and an extra kitchen towel.Overall, we enjoyed it!"

"A little pricey but is probably comparable to others of this caliber. Very clean and all beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Great fishing. Great WiFi. Host was great and accommodating and very nice. House well stocked with more than what we needed. Would rent again in a heartbeat if we wanted to comeback at a cheaper time of year. We loved staying here. The only inconvenience was the drive to a grocery store (about 20 miles) but we cooked a lot here so we had to go almost everyday which was our choice. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! Worth it!!! Had a fantastic time!!"

"Location is great - less than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. The beach is nice and wasn’t crowded even on the weekend. The house had a decent amount of privacy, unlike some other neighborhoods (like rookery for example). The outdoor shower was cool with lots of warm water. Kitchen had everything. Deck was great for watching the sky and listening to the waves. I wish the fold out couch was more comfortable, and the house smelled like mothballs. The smell didn’t bother me much after the first day. Overall I loved the house and the host made things easy."
