So they charged us a higher price 12 bucks more than online booking with hotel.com. Very cheap price for one night. But when you pull down your blanket and find 🐜 bug not good. Change rooms we try to get a refund. We tried to contact hotel.com they don’t answer there phones?? Don’t ever use them in my opinion very bad customer service. None at all only wants your money up front in full. "
