"So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience. "

"The place is clean, the location is near DEN, and the staff was very pleasang and professional. I removed a star due to parking, nowhere on the description does it mention a charge for parking over night. The description states that parking is available."

"When we arrive to check-in their was a $50 dollar Incidental hold , I had called ahead to ask what deposit/hold would it be before booking was told no hold or deposit was required. I plan prior to all my trips to insure costs as i do use my debit card . It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold . It was my END of the trip close to the airport booking . We had figure it out. The front desk girl was great! Shuttle service to and from airport was spot on and exceeded our expectations. Wish i could rate the breakfast but unfortunately we had a an early flight and breakfast serves 6am to 9am . If we should come to Colorado area again this would be our hotel stay. Side note remote for tv needs batteries. Lol that was a fun challenge. Thank you for bringing your customer service skill set way up . Loved the vibe . We definitely appreciated it after a long trip of hiking. "
