"Had a wonderful time. Hotel employees were very nice and helpful. Entire hotel looks great. We’ve stayed there before and always love it. The pool was very packed. Only downside was that the slide was closed for a bit and then the employee had trouble opening the lock to the slide. She had to call maintenance to get it opened. The kids were waiting for 30+ minutes for them to open. The kids were screamed at by the maintenance guy because they were waiting 5 feet behind him and that seemed to bother him. It was innapropriate for him to scream at them in that way. They finally opened with plyers and the kids were able to go down the slide."
