Most incredible side-by-side adventure, and the guided tour a must!! Joe has created a truly unique experience and one we will treasure forever... looking forward to doing it again!!!
One or two other land markers before looking for the Genoa post office would have helped us. The elementary school maybe? It's so many miles from post office?
Wonderful getaway! The cabin was just right, the hot tub was hot, the hosts are so helpful and the restaurant has wonderful food. We came during 4th of July weekend and the festivities were great. Great people, fun activities and lots of trails to ride. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for a relaxing weekend.
The drive was long to get there but the stay was warm and pleasant. We enjoyed the nature of the atv ride. Only downfall would be that we weren’t able to rent the side by side we wanted because we didn’t schedule ahead of time.
The trip in isnt to bad. Having the emailed directions was a huge help. We had so much fun. The pictures do this place no justice. Its beautiful even though our trip was in march! Our cabin was set off to one side of the property making it feel even more secluded and relaxing! They have all the amenities you could ask for even though they aren't listed. Even a tiny restaurant! Next time we will be sure to check out the ATV rentals!
We had a great time at the cabin and are so thankful the owners were able to accommodate us during the busy season. We enjoyed unplugging for the weekend and getting to take part in some of the outdoor activities at Rustic Ravines. Joe was so helpful and kind. We will be back!
Only downfall to our stay was the cabin we were in says gameroom with pool table and air hockey. It doesn't say you need to pay per game anywhere i found.
Wow, what a great property! Super nice people and very helpful about the area as well. You could see everyone wanted us to have a memorable trip and just to have a good time. Our kids had fun in the woods at our cabin, and chilled out in the hot tub for a bit to look at the stars. We also went to yatesville lake for a day to swim, gorgeous area as well. I would recommend bringing tubes to float in the lake. Or you could rent kayaks of site and bring them to the lake. Good ole West Virginia trip and we will be back. Loved it, Thanks Joe and staff
Joe and his team were very gracious hosts and extremely accommodating. The rental was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the weekend (the one item it did not, we were promptly provided by Joe from his supplies in the main building). I highly recommend the on site ATV rental to get a full appreciation of the area and experience the sights and sounds of the region. We will be back to experience a different season at the resort. Thanks again for everything!
