"Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and towels. Linens clean. Room was quiet even though there was no vacancy that night. Corners of rooms obviously skipped by cleaners. Needs some TLC. Only one accessible plug near the beds. So even though it’s a room meant for 4 people, only one thing could be plugged in. So either my CPAP or my charger, not both. There was no alarm clock either. Breakfast was good with lots of food available but it was busy when we were there around 830am and no place for us...

"Room was clean and affordable. Parking included and location was ideal in relation to the Peace Bridge. It would have been idea except for those who awake early and sit outside their rooms smoking, drinking and laughing as early as 6 am without being contested. Good luck sleeping beyond that point. Makes me wonder if there are long term residents living within the motel. Would have liked to see someone from management serve to limit the noise to the rest of the guests."

"The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. This room was fine for us as we basically just slept in the beds after attending a wedding in NOTL. The outside of the building needs some maintenance, weeding and the hotel hallways are dated, however again having said that if you are looking for clean comfortable beds and a clean hotel room for the night at a reasonable rate then keep your expectations in check."

"Clean room but tub would not drain and the shower scoulded my husband as it was right temp then all of a sudden it went very hot. The pool had no towels so told front desk. Still 25 mins later no towels had to phone the desk to ask if coming and it was another 10 minutes. The room neighbours were letting there 2 year old scream and run around the hall at 11pm. Had to scream at them to shut up to get some sleep. The hotel is rundown and old. But I guess you get what you pay for. Nice and...

"Très bel hôtel bien situé , personnel agréable . Propre. J’aurais aimé que le personnel a l’arrivée parle français. Il y a eu un alerte le 24 juin alors que nous étions au 13 ieme étage. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de mangé trop inquiets. Et donc descendu 13 étages à pieds car les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas . Finalement les pompiers sont arrivés et tout est revenu normal ."

"Not stroller/wagon friendly. No elevator up to the walkway to waterpark. Only one elevator. One ice maker and microwave on 2nd floor. The card entry to rooms you have to try 15+ times for it to unlock room. Watched cleaning staff have the same issue with their cards trying to access rooms. Was a very clean hotel but not baby/stroller friendly."

"Location is amazing, right where all the life happens. Although not a 5 star hotel and luxurious, I was satisfied and would stay here again. Free parking, amazing location, friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Price was also great. We used their indoor pool but water was chilly, still enjoyed our stay! Just note there are no elevators and you’ll have a few steps to walk up. Rooms were clean but definitely could get a facelift."

"The location is a unique one . I like it ! It’s close to almost everything and a walking distance too. Breakfast i also good. The other downside os that The property is old ,, not even renovated ,Over all , its the location that i like the most. i am not happy with is the price online with expedia is not the one i paid for. I paid more than what i reserved for. I was told its more on weekends . Oh well, what a shocked to me though."
