"We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly hotel clerk. Check in was quick and efficient. As my husband and I are both seniors, being given the option of a 1st floor room was a plus. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at the Cod Cove Inn again should we ever have an occasion to be in the area again in the future."

"We had a fantastic stay this January. The house was perfect with great heating gas fireplace, pellet stove and wood stove. Also a wonderful fire pit outside and a wonderful outside hot tub. We used everything and had exceptional weather as well. Highly recommend it. The host is very reachable and helpful with small things we needed clarification on. Highly recommend this place. There are many nature trails within short driving distance as well. Nice quiet neighborhood beautiful views! Cannot recommend this place highly enough."

"Just loved how cozy and well-equipped the whole cottage was. Lots of windows and natural light. We stayed during a snowstorm and it was fun to look out at the snow falling and be so cozy and comfortable. Decorations were adorable!"

"This was my second time staying at one of the cabins, so we knew what to expect. We really like the location as it puts you within easy reach of Damariscotta, Boothbay and Pemaquid. The place is comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was pretty easy. Really liked having the Keurig for coffee in the morning. Was able to have an outdoor fire and toast some marshmallows. Light sleepers take note: for some reason the highway noise (which we barely noticed the first year we stayed here), was more noticeable than in past years, but still not enough to keep me awake. "

"The property was everything we hoped for. And more! Clean, well managed, attractive, comfortable and just felt like home. The owner Shawn was very responsive to our questions before arrival and made us feel very welcome. We will return this winter and beyond. Loved it!!! Made the effort so that the little things we need but sometimes forget were right there in the house. I’d give it a 15 on a scale of 1-10. "

"Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. "

"Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. In a good location with a short drive to everything around. We would definitely rent this again in the future. "
