"Nice pool. Close to beach."

"The room was fine. Built in 1904 so it is what you would suspect. Pool was full of leaves. The caretaker greeted us and told us she would prepare breakfast (frittatas etc) for us and we would eat around 8:30am-9:00am. We were downstairs around 8:30 and no sight of anyone. Two other couples came down and we waited until 9:45am. There was no “we are working on it or anything”. Actually no noise from the kitchen at all. All three couples left looking for breakfast. You can’t call it a bed and...

"The front desk staff was very helpful and gave me a nice room with a view."

"Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay"

"The location is excellent, great amenities, good parking and very clean the only bad thing was that the pillows are the most terrible thing I have had in a hotel in yrs and travel for work a lot and roadtrip all yr and boy this was tge worst but everything else fine and the service top notch"

"Room was clean but definitely showing signs of wear and age, sink didn’t drain all the way and there were a lot of rust marks. Just over dingy appearance"

"Property was clean, well appointed and across the street from the beach as stated…Contact for the property was excellent, overall no issues…"

"It’s a clean and nice hotel right at the beach with restaurants with live music. Sunrise and sunset were great. Parking with reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious specially cappuccino and muffins. Nothing to complain. We would like to go back and stay in this hotel. I would like to thank again to the receptionist a woman that I forgot her name but she was very nice and sweet. We didn’t find shark teeth but next time we will. Beautiful beach not crowded."

"We stopped here for an overnight stay before a cruise from JaxPort. It was easy to get to, clean, and easily accessible to the port the next morning. Breakfast options weren’t as good as we’d expected, but still enough for a breakfast before the cruise. The room was bigger than expected and the walk-in shower was nice! We would stay here again for the convenience factor, for sure!"

"We were given Excellent rooms and even though it is an older hotel it was well maintained. Only thing that wasn’t good was the coffee in the office and the pastries"

"Very nice stay. Facility seemed quite new."

"We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!"

"Well, I wish I could tell you how the rooms were, but that I don't know because when I arrived for my check-in, I was informed that they were overbooked and they switched me over to a different hotel. I assumed that I would stay at that hotel for the remainder of my stay but after one night, however, it was only one night we were asked to pay for the reminder even thought we already paid for our trip. We had to get a hold of Expedia to assist with getting a refund from Mariners, which was a...
