"Our stay was good and the hotel was good and clean. The issue is that they didn't pick up my Expedia reservation and I'm now having to struggle through a refund process with two pairs who say it's not their fault."

"despues de un dia largo de manejar en carretera por varias horas, esperas llegar a un buen hotel y descansar y seguir tu camino, entonces reservamos una habitacion con dos camas, cuando llegamos al hotel me cambiaron mi reservacion diciendo que solo tenian habitaciones con una cama y un sofacama, ademas de eso tuve que pagar un poco mas, que por que la habitacion tenia microondas y refrigerador y mas espacio. entonces el sofacama no tenia sabanas, almohadas y cuando fui a solicitar mas almohadas...
