It features four panoramic terraces overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta, totaling 250 square meters, all covered and equipped with a barbecue, lounge chairs, tables, and chairs. It also has additional water reserves totaling 1,500 liters for exclusive use (in addition to the regular municipal water supply), air conditioning, and one parking space in front of the house. The vast surrounding area allows visitors to enjoy a unique experience, leaving the coastal beaches behind to venture into the Monti Aurunci Natural Park—a prime destination for sports thanks to its temperate climate and numerous facilities that offer the perfect blend of sports, culture, and relaxation
