"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"Amazing apart-hotel in the center of Verona, minutes from Juliet’s House. Everything brand-new, comfortable, quiet, elevator, safe, strong AC (heat wave must have) and WiFi. Staff were super friendly. Large bathrooms and lots of space to spread out. We were able to store luggage after checking out and the they arranged for a taxi for us. I would stay there again!"

"This is our second time staying here. Its proximity to the Arena and Piazza Bra can’t be beat. There is a Pam grocery store to the right a couple of blocks. If you continue to the Main Street and go right there is the best coffee shop and bakery - Barini. In the opposite direction (and on the right and then left onto the Main Street) are a great collection of cheaper restaurants and some great pizza at Bella Napoli Verona. "We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...
