"Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere."

"The location of this place is perfect, and the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The main area for improvement is housekeeping. My daughter came down with a terrible cold, so I left the sign requesting room service. They made the bed using the same dirty, stained sheets instead of replacing them. Housekeeping also did not dust the bedside tables or any of the furniture, nor did they vacuum the floors."

"It was a good location for us, close to the art institute and the Loop. Staff was nice and helpful. The bad thing was the preservation fee, for a room that was not preserved at all. The wallpaper was peeling and not applied right and the couch was old and dirty."
