"The Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach staff and service was top notch. It’s a stone throw from the beach and also provides free beach chairs and umbrella rentals via a third party a few blocks away from the hotel. The only thing the room could use is a microwave. Also be aware that parking at the hotel garage is on the expensive side at $50/day. A 10-day stay cost $500 in parking alone."

"Great location at the end of the Waikiki strip, if that is what your aiming for. Nice selection of beach across the street, pick between the open water to the left or the protected portion to the right. Very easy access to some great coffee and eateries. The sun screen in the lobby was a life saver. Stayed in an ocean view king size bed room, comfortable bed, but only a single chair at a desk below the tv, no sitting area other then the balcony outside."

"The staff of the hotel was very friendly in the lobby and room service. The rooms were very clean. One of the older valet men was extremely rude and combative. He almost made me feel as if I owed him something to work. He ignored me while waiting to get my vehicle and still ignored me once I was politely asking him if he had heard me and was needing anything from me. The hotel was beautiful and very central and in walking distance to a lot in Waikiki."

"No view of beach due to seal birth. Entirely excusable & we approve. Could not have dinner either night as sold out due to small dining area. Would stay there again on subsequent visits. "
