"Ottima location da considerare come base per visitare la costa compresa tra il parco della maremma e l'argentario. Tranquilla ma comoda per spostarsi. Silenziosa, l'appartmento era ordinato e pulito, sufficientemente grande ed attrezzato. Molto gentile e disponibile Fiamma, la proprietaria, sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda/richiesta. Assolutamente consogliato!"

"We were a group of 6 and rented 3 rooms. Massimiliano was very friendly and inviting. Gave a quick tour of the property and rooms when we arrived and had made a dinner reservation for us. Rooms were quaint, but had everything we needed. It was so relaxing we took advantage of the covered patio and hammocks."

"Stanza semplice ma pulitissima, affacciata su un bel giardino curato. Materasso eccellente, ottima la colazione con torte fatte in casa ."

"Great location up on a hill side street. It’s a little bit of a walk to get to if you’re coming from the bus stop but for me it was well worth it. I would stay here again. It was no more and no less than I needed. The beautiful sunny Terrace was a nice surprise. The decor had a clean, classic beachy nautical feel."

"Check in staff/front office/spa reception staff/housekeeping/ breakfast and especially golf staff all very good. Sometimes breakfast coffee service was a bit slow and cappuccino not very warm. Also very surprised that 2 poached eggs cost €10 per person. Bell boy also very good"

"Great team, easy stay. Thank you!"

"Very simple hotel in center of town with nice staff Was good for our needs"

"Propriété magnifique. Buffet déjeuner parfait. Personnel très aidant."

"Bien en general"

"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived late but the staff were very accommodating and helpful with getting us checked in after hours. We stayed in the new cottage and the room was large and very fresh."
