"I only stay for a few days in the north tower, but at first impression the room was not what it look like in the website pictures, and also the amenities were old, chip and outdated in the room, the shower was so small that only 1 person fit, also we had no shower curtain; also out of the 2 elevators only 1 worked and that one even broke down one day and we had to use the stairs with that heat. Reception and staff were really nice and helpful thought."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, lovely attentive staff, very clean, we had a very large and comfortable room even though we just picked the basic one as it was just a base for us . It has everything we needed and very spacious and comfortable bed . is also a great location, mid beach so it’s not noisy at night but there’s also restaurants and bars that are easily walkable . you can also get the bus right outside it to anywhere in Miami Beach . "Clean room, great staff. Only thing is the Tv and workout equipment outdoor is outdated. Not sure why the hotel staff parks their vehicles in front of the loading/check-in area all day, this isn’t fair for those that arrive to check in…. parking is very limited. Workers need to park off sight instead. Be aware that parking structure to park is half mile away - 10 mins walk to hotel."

"the house keeper were terrible. they don't change the bed sheets for four days. thay don't come daily, they come to the property every other day. Service is very bad and the water provided is smelly. Don't recommend this place to anyone."
