The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room.

Acceuil incroyablement sympathique. une chambre a accession la plus aisée m'a été tout de suite proposée tenant compte de ma mobilité delicate. le redtaurant propose une cuisine avec des produits locaux. salle chaleureuse montagnarde et cuisine excellente. Buffet petit déjeuner cooieux. Le cadre est très joli et vue sur les Pyrénées. Je recommande vivement.

Expérience horrible

1: Un pommeau de douche défectueux (aucune pression d'eau), que nous avons dû changé nous même car pas de maintenance de disponible. 2: un volet roulant bloqué en haut, ne fonctionnant pas. 3: des portes fenêtres ne fermant pas à clé, super pour la sécurité puisque les balcons communiquent avec les voisins... 4: des matelas à changer, très mous, horribles pour le dos. Concernant le volet roulant, la responsable est venue constater et n'a rien pu faire. À notre retour de soirée, vers 21h30, nous avons eut la surprise de voir que le volet avait été baissé, nous supposons donc que des personnes sont rentrées dans la chambre en notre absence pour intervenir dessus... C'est très désagréable!! Ne nous retournerons certainement pas dans cet établissement, et nous ne le conseillons pas.

Hôtel avec bon accueil du personnel. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Petit déjeuner très complet et avec des produits locaux. Les smoothies sont excellents. Seul bémol le spa de nage ne fonctionne pas donc uniquement eau faisant fonction de piscine pas très envie ne sachant pas si l'eau est bien filtré et la douche extérieure ne fonctionne pas aussi. Sinon pour un 2 étoiles plutôt correct. Possibilité de restauration sur place aussi.

Tres agreable nuitee dans ce charmant hotel

La personne qui a repris l hotel est tres agreable , compétente et prevenante, le personnel du restaurant aussi, gentil et attentionné ; le petit dejeuner est parfait , qualite et quantite ! Je recommande vivement cet etablissement pas pretentieux et tres convivial et je ne manquerai pas d en faire la publicité et surtout d y sejourner lors d un prochain voyage dans la region .

La chambre à coucher médiocre au niveau du sol. Pour la salle de bain manque de pression et un rideau de douche qui donne pas envie de se doucher et pour le summum des moisissures dans les joints à carrelage. Je trouve le prix de la chambre onéreux. On entend les télévisions des autres chambres.

Le chauffage des chambres et salle de bain a fond ,impossible a regler puisque défectueux dans toutes les chambres de l'hotel, donc dormir fenetre ouverte en plein hiver ,pas terrible question confort et nuisances sonores .Malgré un personnel accueillant et serviable , pas de possibilité de geste commercial qui aurait pu compenser un peu ,c'est dommage !
