  • Completely renovated in October 2018, this apartment on the 1st floor of a small two-story building has a large south-facing balcony with views of the Pyrenees. In a decorative spirit "chic chalet", it combines authenticity and modern equipment. Composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double 160 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). 2 bathrooms with shower (1 walk-in shower) and 2 WCs including 1 separate toilet. This apartment also has a sauna. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, etc.) with its dining area. A cozy, cozy and bright living room equipped with a pellet stove that will light up your evenings.

    Vehicle parking is available across the street.
    Ideally located in the heart of Font-Romeu, 300 meters from shops and restaurants.

    A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 650.00 EUROS (in cash or by check) WILL BE REQUESTED ON ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE.
