situation excellente mais manque de propreté

Excellente situation géographique (Grand Hotel de Font Romeu qui est toujours aussi impressionnant), la pièce de vie de l'appartement est très spacieuse avec deux magnifiques vues grâce à son exposition, convient très bien à trois adultes, le gros bémol est le manque de propreté à l'arrivée, effectivement devoir faire le ménage avant de déposer ses valises n'est pas un bon début de vacances, gros point à revoir mais sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Excellente situation

Apparemment très bien situé, au calme. Équipement complet. Dommage que les locataires précédents n’aient pas jugé bon de faire le ménage avant leur départ! Donc obligé de le faire à notre arrivée car l’appartement était sale et malodorant. Cuisine minuscule mais très bien équipée. Parfait pour 4!

Pièce de vie agréable, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle, hormis l'évier. Douche trop petite pour une personne comme moi (135kg). Le canapé lit est impeccable.

Un bel endroit, le charme de l'ancien, bien placé à 5mn du centre de Font-Romeu, petite cuisine mais bien équipée ! Les enfants ont adoré la petite chambre en mezzanine ! 👍

Appartement très bien situé, dans un bâtiment magnifique

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement simple et pratique, (même si la cuisine est minuscule). Grands placards très appréciables, superbe vue sur les montagnes au lever et au coucher du soleil. Situé à 2 pas de tout. Propriétaire prévenant et réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super emplacement. Vue sur les Pyrénées.

2 adultes et 2 enfants 5 et 10 ans. Proche de tout. Idéal pour accéder aux télécabines. Grand hôtel fabuleux. Seul hic la gestion du chauffage collectif. Il faut réguler en ouvrant ou fermant les fenêtres ou en ouvrant et fermant les radiateurs tout au long de la journée qu'elle gaspillage d'énergie.

Nous avons réservé pour le 3e fois consécutive notre séjour à Font Romeu dans cet appartement, vraiment très agréable, situé dans le grand Hôtel mythique de Font romeu, dominant sur toute la vallée. Le propriétaire est d'une amabilité, d'une cordialité, et d'une disponibilité constantes que nous avons grandement appréciées à chacune de nos réservations. L'appartement est très bien situé, exposé à la fois vers le sud et l'est, lumineux, à 2 pas des télécabines menant à la station, et à un saut de puce du centre du village et de toutes ses commodités. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple, avec 1 ou 2 enfants, bien agencé, malgré une toute petite cuisine, très bien équipé, propre et coquet....tout pour passer un excellent séjour!! et encore une fois, nous reviendrons probablement l'année prochaine!!

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour la 2ème année, déjà enchantés la 1ère fois....et encore cette année, tout correspondait à notre attente. Le propriétaire est charmant et disponible, ses réponses rapides. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5mn tout au plus des télécabines nous menant au pied des pistes. Le centre du village et toutes ses commodités sont également à 2mn. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, d'une propreté impeccable, très bien achalandé, fonctionnel. La mezzanine dispose d'un plafond très bas, donc bien plus adaptée à des enfants, attention aux têtes! La vue dont on bénéficie est tout simplement somptueuse,panoramique donnant sur toute la chaine sud. En conclusion, encore un excellent séjour, dans un appartement que l'on ne peut que conseiller!!...et encore une fois, nous y reviendrons très certainement avec grand plaisir et en confiance!

appartement petit mais très fonctionnel, lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé, superbe vue plein sud sur la vallée et la chaîne montagneuse; très petite cuisinette, mais suffisante pour une petite semaine de ski; idéal pour couple avec 2enfants; le grand hôtel est un peu bruyant(vieil édifice) mais admirablement entretenu, superbement situé, dominant, à 2 pas des télécabines et de toute commodité...un très agréable séjour; propriétaire sérieux, contacts aisés et rapides....nous reviendrons!!

location super, a 5 min en luge des telecabines, commerces, office du tourisme...et au calme entoure par le parc de l'hotel. Pas tres grande (on est au ski...) mais bien organise. super pour famille (jeux, mezzanine sympa, a 5 min : manege, bibliotheque, jeux gonflables). tres camle (mais hors vacances scolaire) , peut etre un peu bruyant sinon.
