"The lobby and staff at front desk were very nice. The hotel itself is a different story. The elevators needed attention (flooring missing) and when we arrived on our floor there was no air conditioning and trash and bleach spots on the carpets (not to mention a random latex glove on the floor as well). The room had air conditioning and was cool but the couch had food on it from previous guests. It says renovated, but it was clearly the lobby only. My husband and I and decided not to stay and...

"The pool was full of kids. We couldn’t enjoy it at all. There were only 6 vehicles there so i don’t know where they all came from. Room 124 needs new mattress toppers preferably 4 in. Memory foam. My dog enjoyed the extra bed. Paid 15.00 extra for her."

"Have stayed here every time we come to TN. This time we even got a room for son and daughter-in-law because it is always clean and my husband used to love the breakfast. This time we were so disappointed. The deposit was a $100, the rooms were not as clean and one did not even have a shower curtain that we paid $230 for one night, and the breakfast is now just a continental."
