"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of old town Zürich."

"Beautiful apartment located in a great location near great restaurants, shops and river! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend this apartment."

"Staff friendly and attentive. Room is comfortable and with nice amenities"

"Lovely classic hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good location. Only unfavorable issue was the combo tub/shower. The side of tub was so very high making it extremely difficult for elderly to get in or out, especially with no safety grab bars. Breakfast was reasonable for the additional cost."

"Clean, nice staff, lovely room. Suggest a corner room as more spacious with the windows."

"Clean rooms and very helpful staff"

"It’s alright for one night stay. Room is very small. You got what you paid for."

"The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. Due to the central location, there was some noticeable street noise at times, but the convenience and overall quality of the apartment made for a very enjoyable stay."

"Great place to stay in Zurich. Great location"

"The Mandarin Savoy Hotel is exceptional. Perfectly located on the Bahnhofstrasse, opposite the famous Paradeplatz. The interior is well designed and the rooms are elegant and luxurious. I have stayed in many of the five-star hotels in Zurich over the years. This undoubtedly is the best."
