Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. La propreté est irréprochable, et les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, notamment la salle de sport, très bien aménagée.
Le restaurant situé dans le même bâtiment est également une excellente adresse, avec une cuisine de qualité et un service agréable.
Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

We loved staying at this hotel in Toulouse! Our room was beautifully designed with great amenities and the location allowed us to walk all around the historic center of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay were the fabulous breakfasts! There was a huge selection of high quality food offered. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very helpful and arrangements were made for our friend to be roomed on the same floor as us. We had a beautiful room and when our friend arrived her room smelled wet and they quickly moved her. They were very helpful in arranging dinner bookings. The valet parking was excellent. The breakfast room and offerings very good.

Great deal for a family to have this much room and a kitchen. Location is good near train station, but little far from the river (have to take bus/subway). Front desk staff were awesome and offered to help us out with many aspects of our stay in Toulouse - provided location of grocery, good restaurant recommendation, and how to get to Airbus via tram.
