"We absolutely loved our stay at Grayson’s place. We were in the area for a long weekend of hiking with my 8 & 11 year old grandsons. They loved the board games, hot tub, large screen tv and bunk beds. I loved the many amenities that allowed us to settle in and feel at home. Everything is as pictured. Grayson is a superior host. The location feels remote (star gazing from the hot tub was great) yet it’s conveniently near to hiking. We enjoyed exploring Eleven Mile Canyon, Pikes Peak and hiking at Rampart Reservoir. "

"This was a great little cozy cabin for a vacation in the mountains. It’s quiet, you can see wildlife, and the views are gorgeous. The cabin itself is warm for the colder seasons, but I can’t attest to the hotter times — although, the airflow through open windows was excellent on the warmer days we stayed (our nights were cold outside but warm inside). The owners have little notes all over the cabin to tell you how to work certain things or which lights go to which switches. It was easy to determine whatever we needed. There is a washer/dryer that was easy to use. While we don’t have dogs or horses, they are welcome at this cabin and on property with places for them to stay. We saw a mule deer outside the front window the day before our last day there, and before that we saw paw prints around (maybe coyote or bobcat? I’m absolutely not sure, I am probably wrong but it wasn’t an ungulate). There are so many cute statues and fun decorations to find inside and outside the cabin. We truly enjoyed our time here. It was like coming back to a small piece of comfort and home after a day of exploring, hiking, or just being a tourist. We also had fun exploring around the “backyard.” The actually fenced off backyard part has a lovely water fountain rock fixture built into the section of mountain behind the cabin itself. It was soothing, and I loved opening the windows to listen to it or sit outside with it. Definitely recommend this stay for an individual, couple, or duo on vacay. "

"It had so much room and lots of adult toyz..sauna, hot tub, arcade games to play. Plenty of seating room for all to hang out."

"We had a great stay here! We had been this general area a couple years ago so we knew what to expect. Florissant is about 8 minutes away and has a mini mart and a couple restaurants. Divide is about 15 mins away and has the same. Woodland Park has alot more if you're looking for restaurants etc and is only about 20 minutes away. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds and blankets were super comfy. We had our 45lb German Shorthair Pointer with us and he loved the space in the backyard to explore. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a few meals. I even noticed there was an instant pot and I think an air fryer, it was better stocked than most vrbo's we've stayed at for sure. The hot tub was consistently hot lol and in great working order, I loved having it to relax in in the evenings. Grill worked great. Communication was awesome, host is very attentive and stays in touch during your stay. We would definitely recommend this vrbo."

"It was great location. Everything worked great. Here are a couple things we noticed:Upon our arrival the door code did not work on the front door. The back door was not locked when we arrivedIn the sauna was a small spider when we took care of. Also, one of the small key boards in the sauna is coming loose and falling out of place. We did not find any grey for the sauna as described in the house guide. The garage can out by the road was knocked over. Trash was spread out on the ground. We picked it all up and secured the trash can. Thank you for letting use your home. We appreciate it. "
