"I’ll stress this is a budget property. It’s in a rougher neighborhood and tucked I. Back corner of side street. I would exercise caution if walking at night. Air con didn’t work properly . Shower had bad sewer smell. Towels old and need to be upgraded. All workers were excellent hence 3 star rating otherwise maybe a high 2 despite building upgrades. Sorry for the rating but it’s my honest assessment and I actually let a few things worth mentioning out."

"Property is secure and safe. Personnels are very accommodating and easy to talk with."

"I was disappointed to find that there’s no parking for guests, no WiFi working, and the toilet flush isn’t functioning properly. Additionally, it was difficult to contact the host to bring my concerns."

"It’s a paid access pool. We did not have time to use it. The staff are nice. I’ve seen family in the vicinity. "

"Staff. Host hard to deal with. Made us pay more money to be upgraded from the tiny room we were in. Expected me and my partnerto sleep in a single bed, when I am 6‘1“ tall."

"Sad to say but the property was totally neglected. The toilet is dirty and the shower pipe and towel rack are broken. The ac has very dirty filter that’s why it can’t cool the room. The pull out bed can’t be pull as there was no space to pull out the bed. Smelly closet/wardrobe and overall very disappointing "

"It's located in a residential area about 2km from SM clark . You can get a good nights sleep it's a quite area with comfortable beds . Hotel staff are kind and helpful whenever you need assistance. For the price point its a hidden gem . The hotel is not too crowded also there is a sari sari store down the street"
