"My experience was severely impacted by the receptionist, Vinicius. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive throughout our interaction. His communication skills were poor, and his attitude showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service standards. Dealing with him was frustrating and unpleasant, and it significantly lowered the overall quality of my stay."
