The double room has a private bathroom and a small balcony; a second bathroom with a bathtub serves the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). As per the regulations, the air conditioning temperature values can be set between 19°C (with a tolerance of 2°C) and a maximum of 21°C.
