The air conditioning did not cool, absence of minibar, which is mandatory when temperatures exceed 36°C, there was no cold water, glasses to drink and less ice. The breakfast was good and the attention of those who served there was first class, especially Andrea, a very nice and helpful man.

Location was truly amazing! Views were breathtaking. Room was spacious. Lots of stairs!!Lift was tiny and not acceptable all the time. Host was great and communicated throughout the stay. Small breakfast included downstairs at restaurant with view of Duomo.

I loved that this property is literally across the walk from the Duomo, 10 minute walk to L’Accademia Michelangelo and 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, 15 minute walk to the train Station!!! Breakfast included right outside the front door to the left- great coffee and hot sweet croissants! Comfortable beds, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner handsoap, and body soap. Bath towels are ironed/pressed linen. The only not positive feature is only two people or one person and one piece of luggage fit in their elevator and this B&B is on the third floor😂.

Duomo view wasn’t a lie! Can’t really beat that! Excellent little B&B - very welcoming, location great, perfect for getting around from. Breakfast was perfectly good Room is a good size. Bathroom could maybe do with an upgrade but not too bad Would definitely go again

The view of the Duomo can’t be beat. It was the main reason we booked this stay. And it has a lift!! Take note the lift can only hold one person at a time (w luggage) and two if without luggages but all of that is great as opposed to lugging your stuff to the third floor lol. It was the prime spot for dining and shopping. The SMN station is also walkable from this spot. As it is in the piazza, it can get loud at night (everyone is on vacation, so that’s understandable) you can just close the windows. We were warmly greeted by the hosts and given clear instructions on elevator, breakfast, etc. It was the perfect stay for our holiday.

Great stay in a great location

Comfortable, clean stay in prime location near the Duomo and Baptistery. Great staff. Can get a little noisy at night with windows open, but if you close them you can't hear anything. Breakfast is simple and delivered to your room: coffee, juice, croissant, rusks and jam. Have stayed before and will stay again!

Beautiful view with great service

Service was friendly and very nice! View was amazing, bed was pretty hard, room was pretty small along with the shower. But was worth it for the view. Can be noisey if going to be earlier in the evening.

poor room with shared facilities

Florence was amazing but the hotel that you must not call that was the worst I have ever spent the night in . Room 8 by 10 , bathroom shared with 4 other rooms was dangerous as had an electric standard light in as the main was not working was a joke . As I asked for a room with onsuit I was not happy and would not book again. Makes for a good dinner party joke .

The worst ever

It caused me qaste of money and had to change my hotel and pay extra again. There are 100 floors that you must get your luggage up and there is no space for you to open the luggage. In the city the map is 2.5 euro but they sold 5 euro... Plus i paid for the view but there was no view and they said easily that there is no room available with the view !!!
