Check in was fairly easy, the staff contacted me and gave me the passcodes to the doors. The location was an easy walk to everything in Florence’s historical downtown. The only drawback was that we didn’t see any staff at the hotel/inn. It was really an air bnb experience. I enjoyed my stay, but it would have been nice to have a concierge or clerk to ask questions.
