Floirac felt run-down, seedy, desperate, and unsafe. Although close in proximity to Bordeaux it is a different place altogether. I do not recommend it.

Lovely room even though small. The staff are always lovely and friendly. Air con working lovely, nice and cold on a very hot day. Loved the room, had a balcony, loved our view. Didn’t mind the location (despite other reviews I was dubious) - easy work to the station. Staff where great, enjoyed the restaurant too, wifi was super fast, and generally thought the facilities were great. High standards throughout the hotel. I’ve ...

Actually a great little place. Not much from the outside and a bit concerning walking to hotel but once you were there it was great. In hindsight I think it just looks a bit dodgy walking up but always felt very safe
