I did not stay at this location upon arrival and seeing the inside of the room and the outside would not be an area I would have chose had I’ve been able to see the surrounding area. Roaches everywhere! Don't be fooled by the pics or even your first impression of the place, as soon as you get cozy the roaches come out to party, it was like the movie Joes apartment, one of the roaches tried to sell me crack! Also they have no exhaust fans in the bathroom and claim that steam from a hot shower will set off the smoke alarms in which case you will personally be charged for the fire departments visit. Ridiculous to say the least, anyway don't stay here

Had a late flight into Flint-Bishop Airport. Checked in about midnight. Was told it was a non-smoking room, (I am a non-smoker) only to have room smell like smoke. Main blanket had cigarette burns and holes on it. Bathroom was terrible, with rust stains in shower and paint peeling on ceiling. Towels were in such poor condition that I would not use them to wash my car. A terrible place to stay.

The building is under partial renovation. The staff knows that and does everything they can to make it easier; they were all friendly, excellent, and accommodating. The rooms that are finished are excellent.

I actually went to room, smelled marijuana in hallway, saw people outside back door area that looked like a drug haven. Junk all over the grounds and rooms all around in poor shape under construction . I went back to counter and asked for refund. I would never stay there.
