"Fresh breakfast, clean"

"We like staying at the Lodge at Flat Rock. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and personable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to the breakfast bar. The food items are basic. I would suggest the addition of fresh fruit ie. bananas & apples. Maybe a waffle maker and grits. "

"Atmosphere was so cute and the hotel was cozy! Only two complaints we had were the unexpected construction happening outside our window at 7:30 in the morning, and the awkward pathways for the luggage trolleys."

"My only criticism is that the signs to arrive at check-in are minimal. It’s very hard to see in the dark and therefore could be drastically improved. Other than that, we LOVED our stay and will be back when we come to the area again."

"Restaurant had good food, and the free Happy Hour was great! The bar was nice too, and our room was comfortable and had a great view. Also this hotel is right in the middle of all the great restaurants in downtown Asheville, everything was super walkable."
