"I will never stay here again first off I was not aware there was an $100 deposit to stay here and the staff just looked at me like they didn’t care, the microwave in the room was not in English so it was difficult to use and I called the front desk three times with no answer so I had to walk up there to get help,and there were no spots to put my clothes at all!! The best part was it was quiet!!"

"I chose this hotel because I had been on the road for quite a few hours and I wanted to sit at a bar and have a drink. The very first photo of their hotel is their bar and that’s why I chose it. Nothing on Expedia said anything about the hotel being under construction and unfortunately, there was no bar to sit at. I didn’t mind the dust so much but again it wasn’t listed that it was under construction. I believe it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel once its all done though."

"Very clean, and attention to detail. I loved walking into towel animals; it reminded me of the time I was on a cruise ship and immediately cheered me up. Breakfast was great too, and shuttles to Mayo are amazing. Although I didn't use it, knowing it was an option was nice to know."

"Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. The room interiors are dimly lit, with walls painted battleship gray except where they've been scarred or patched. Cleanliness is fine. The interior courtyard rooms are surprisingly quiet. Air conditioning works and is not overly loud. The building exteriors have seen better days. There is no landscaping. Some slapdash repairs, or spots in need of repair, are obvious. The motel is not unhygienic or repulsive, but it's an aging property and shows it."
