"Would stay again"

"When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. We were going through closing on the purchase of our new home, and we were so grateful to have found such a “Cozy” suite to keep our pets comfortable, and stress free during this time of transition. Thank you for providing us a place a quiet solace, during this time. We will be recommending “Cozy Cottage” to our family and friends who consider their pets a part of...

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. My parents were undergoing surgery, and I wanted to make sure they didn’t have to travel long distances back and forth. This home provided the perfect place for them to rest and recover. The lake view was absolutely beautiful, and the balcony offered a stunning perspective you won’t find anywhere else. The host was responsive every time I reached out with a question, and everything about the property was exactly as described."

"Everything was great and met my expectations. I particularly liked that there wasn't a long list of clean up check out duties for once!"

"Frequently fliers, we always enjoy everything"

"We were extremely happy with this condo. The host was very kind and thoughtful. The location was perfect. We enjoyed quiet evenings overlooking the golf course. We’ll definitely be back."

"This cottage is exceptional; it is very clean, refurbished and comfortable including new kitchen appliances and personal touches in every room; just right for a small family, 2-3 couples or friends' getaway. Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was fully stocked. It was great that the host did not feel like we were going to steal something and had extras of everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable, which is important for seniors who were playing a lot of golf. Recliners were comfortable great location close to Pinehurst country club and surrounding area. Would highly recommend."
