"We booked this property due to its proximity to our daughter who lives in the area and the fact that it allowed dogs. The location was great - we could get downtown quickly and easily. It is on a busy road, but that did not bother us. The fenced backyard is great and the screened in porch is wonderful. Landon was a cordial host (and we appreciated his coffee cup humor). The home does need some TLC - the transition piece from kitchen to living area was broken and a tripping hazard, some blinds...

"The property was immaculately clean and very well-maintained. This location was excellent for quick jaunts to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and even into downtown without having to stay downtown. The appliances were all in great condition and worked as expected and the HVAC was more than adequate. The host was communicative but not overly chatty so it didn't feel obtrusive at all. I recommend this property and host and we will definitely stay again. Thank you!"
