"Totally awesome"

"Best place ever"

"Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Check in time was 4:00 pm. The room wasn't ready until 6:30 pm. We had to move to another room because the shower was not working."

"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

"Great hotel! Enjoyed my stay"

"I stayed in a king room. Everything was very clean. I didn't hear hallway or other room noise. The breakfast was excellent. The only complaint is the inability to stream without casting to the television."

"Loved the openness of the rooms. Didn’t like they could not accommodate a none lifted truck with KC lights on top. Also it stayed very bright in rooms from outdoor lights and not great curtains. And lastly the walls are pretty thin"

"Overall good location"

"Loved staying at this hotel! It was close but not too close to Broadway. Loved that it was walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch! Would stay here every-time!"

"Staff is very helpful and friendly! The location was excellent, within walking distance to Broadway and Vanderbilt University."

"The property doesn’t have too many options for food from a walking perspective. You would need an uber to most. The hotel staff was nice, only off site parking in sketchy lots or hotel valet at $55 a day. The top one rooftop bar onsite was nice, tad expensive hotel and restaurant but nice place would stay there again"

"Tile floor in 701 grimey and sticky with black scuff marks. When i wiped iff whiter tile showed below showing how they had not been properly mopped or steamed. Very gross. Paid for coffee in lobby. Should be free Valet parking deplorable. First night (10/25) sat in car waiting for valet. Then after 15 min realized they were chatting it up with a friend who had pulled in ahead if us. Had to get out and find them. 2nd night (10/26) They were actually sitting in car ahead of me on passenger side...

"Enjoyed the free coffee every morning, hotel in good location able to walk everywhere. The staff was courteous and helpful"

"It was absolutely one of the best properties we ever stayed at, it has everything you need."
