"Perfect little home base for activities and food in Indy! Clean and updated and off street parking is a plus! Within walking distance to Fountain Square and a quick drive to other activities. Would suggest Core's Cottage to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to stay!"

"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...
