"We stayed at the cottage for a few days and had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect for what we needed for the week. It was clean and decorated so nicely. They clearly went out of their way to make it comfortable. We loved all the artwork and furnishings. Sue's suggestions of local attractions were spot on and we loved that it was just a short drive to the beach and some amazing views."

"This place was excellent! We decided to spend an extra night in Boothbay on a whim and stumbled upon Topside. We loved it so much that we'll absolutely be back. Breakfast the next morning was such a treat. It felt luxurious without being pretentious—beautifully done, warm, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect way to end our stay, and we can't wait to return."

"Great quiet location close to Boothbay Harbor. The resort was great, wonderful amenities and lots of beautiful flowers and landscaping. You could tell it is being renovated and although they have some things to do still its being well cared for and our stay was great!"

"The Magnolia House was the perfect location for ocean views and proximity to trails and “town.” The house was comfy and we felt very at home with our kids and dog. The host was responsive and helpful. We loved the porch off the main bedroom upstairs for watching sunsets, chatting, and playing games."
Slow Down & Go Back in Time-Relax Completely in Our Maine Home

"This was our second stay at Martha’s Maine House, and this stay was even more enjoyable than the first. First of all, Martha the host was very responsive to our questions and called us while we were there to make sure everything was going well. The house was clean, very cozy, quiet, relaxing and had a fully equipped kitchen and more amenities that you would expect for a vacation home. The location of the cottage was close to the village center, where there is a store (that has practically everything), an ice cream shop, gas station and a couple of restaurants. The cottage was also very close to the beautiful town beach, the lighthouse & museum , an historic colonial settlement and a fort which are must see places that we visited during our stay in Pemaquid. We enjoyed our evening’s barbecues at home with the large grill, and relaxing around outdoor fires we made in the fire pit. In addition, the cottage was cool and comfortable during the day and at night for sleeping. Overall, we had a relaxing low stress time at Martha’s cottage and intend to return next year."
