"This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"Fully equipped apartment. Great choice in Zurich."

"Location: Great location as it was within a 5 min walk to old town shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Room: Had the top floor suite which was spacious and had everything you need for a short or long stay. Fully equiped kitchen and good views over the town. I would stay here again. Also I had good communication with thstaff via WhatsApp."

"The room was too cold. I called and asked if they could turn the heater on and they said they couldn’t. As you go into the bathroom theirs an area on the floor that is sinking in. The room isn’t big enough for four people. They only give you one key for four adults."

"Very clean, good facilities provided in the apartment."

"This apartment was large and clean. Decorated beautifully with upgraded tvs and appliances. I absolutely love how efficient all the properties by this management company are."

"The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows."
