"Upon arrival, we had an incredible welcome and everyone was so friendly and helpful in directing us to wonderful sights in the area. The hotel itself is a very traditonal guest house with great views of the surrounding forests, farms and yet still so accessible. We had a lovely time, and will be back!"

"This is a first class hotel. I returned for my second time in 2 years. Great location--just outside Obertsdorf. Outstanding restaurant. You know it's top notch when it is full of Germans looking for a hiking/biking get away location. Service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended as an authentic mountain retreat with fantastic trails and lifts to the upper peaks. I will return again next year."

"We have stayed in the Allgäu ART Hotel a few times and each time it is largely excellent. The rooms have very comfortable beds, and there is a good blackout too. Sound between rooms is minimal and the breakfast was superb (the scrambed egg particularly so!). Staff were friendly and there was free on-street parking or paid garage parking which we opted for (€9 a day)."
