"The only thing I didn't like was that I had a second pending charge on my account of $200+, luckily I didn't get charged for that 2nd amount but when I spoke to the staff, nobody knew what that amount was for. I would just say, if you rent here, keep an eye on your bank account to make sure that you do not get charged double."

"No internet couldn’t do my work, tv didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly. The towels dirty, parking lot was terrible"

"No A/C in lobby or hallways checking in on kiosk was very odd & high tech considering the actual hotel didn’t even have a working elevator. It did not feel very welcoming. The room was ok & thank goodness the a/c in the room worked. The room was clean other than the floor was very sticky shower pressure was very low. I paid for a king size bed but got a twin size. I was going to call the front desk but remembered I would probably have to go downstairs & speak to the kiosk again & since it’s only going to be one night I decided to just avoid it & made do. I will never ever consider staying there again."

"Have stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was by far the worst. Desk clerk was nice. Everything else was terrible. "

"The front desk did not open till about 10 o’clock and it closed earlier around nine 10 o’clock at night. Staff was rude. The room was dirty. The blankets were dirty. They were broken things in the room. The whole floor I was on smelled like drugs and smoke I would not recommend this place for anybody."

"For a cheap hotel this place is better than expected. Room was modern and clean. No table just a small desk and 1 crappy little office chair. Had a comfy king bed with only 2 small worn out pillows. I had to by a couple for $5 each. It was quite and the parking lot was as bright a day in the middle of the night. I definitely felt safe. Only had a half roll of toilet paper and the manager refused to give me any more as he also refused a couple extra pillows. All and all I stayed a week and would probably go back because at the price (7 days under $400) it is better than the other hotels in the area"
