"We had 6 nights in January at this property. It was a nice place, well fitted out, spacious and modern. However, it was very cold, and the only heating in the whole property was two small fan heaters. These were totally inadequate to warm up such a large space. We complained to the host about the cold but we were advised that there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation. "The property was very clean and modern with good facilities apart from the lack of kitchen utensils (no scissors!), no kettle and only 2 mugs for accommodation that was catering for up to six people. Also, the second bedroom which was set up for a twin room had put up camp beds that are so uncomfortable we had to sleep on the settee.
