"Hi, The hotel is amazing! From the welcome time, customer service, spacious room, balcony, the views (we had the volcano view), breakfast (a feast), location, swimming pool, dining until our departure - it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended."

"You should never know there are two separate properties and we were separated from our group which made it a little difficult in communication and organization but overall it’s an amazing property and a wonderful location and I would recommend it but not for a group unless you can all be in the same building/area"

"room itself wasn’t smoking. Amazing staff, beautiful room, literally in the heart of everything with an INCREDIBLE view of the buildings on the caldera. We were very well taken care of, anything we needed at all! It was so worth it. It’s just off enough from the busy area that people don’t do too much picture taking in front of the room. Only once did they sit right on the gate so I had to ask them to move which is annoying to even have to deal with."

"Amazing property with fantastic views of the caldera and Barolo restaurant below. We stayed in the Norma Suite which has views of the caldera and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would want to stay here again next time we visit Thera."

"Bel endroit à Fira, près des restaurants et des endroits à visiter. Les grecques sont accueillants, mais c'est à cet endroit où on a eu le meilleur accueil. La ruelle n'est pas très accueillante, mais l'hôtel est propre et bien situé à 5 minutes de marche de la gare d'autobus et de la caldera."

"The location is outstanding…a few blocks from the stunning views of the Caldera, a few blocks to the $2 dollar public buses to the airport and Oia, and a stone’s throw from markets/pharmacies/laundry. The best bargain on the Island. The rooms are as advertised - modern/clean - and while it’s clearly aimed at the budget traveller, it gets 5 stars from me for hitting it out of the park on value! Also, lovely staff and great black out curtains for those arriving on overnight flights"
