"Lovely hotel with old school charm and wonderful helpful staff. Very dog friendly and made our dog very welcome with treats and even breakfast sausage. The breakfast was outstanding being freshly cooked with high quality produce. A really thoughtful touch was the offer of tableware to enjoy a takeaway in the room (and enjoy the view) which again was really dog friendly as it can be hard finding eateries that welcome dogs. Location great just over the road from South Cliff gardens which are stunning. No problem finding free street parking nearby. Will definitely return. Thanks."

"Just Beachy is a fab dog friendly beach house in a great location on The Bay Resort. It is just round the corner from the main entertainment hub which includes a bar/restaurant/pizzeria, gift shop/food and drink retailer, games arcade, indoor pool, gym, tennis court, kids adventure playground and just a 5 minute walk from the football pitch and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The house is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds it is well equipped and the welcome basket was a lovely touch!The only negatives I would say are that the TV reception is sketchy but there is Netflix and the lack of instructions for the oven, coffee machine, washing machine (thank heavens for Google). We did have a problem with the side door which owner Paul said someone was supposed to have repaired. His communication was great. If you are wanting to do any of the activities you can book up 3 weeks in advance which I wish I had found out sooner as I could only manage to book swimming for one of the days we were there.I would highly recommend Just Beachy and will definitely be back!"

"Good location for getting out and about. I think parking in the area could be an issue but transport links are very good. Bit of a hike to the upper rooms but we knew this before we requested an upper floor. Room very big and nicely decorated although some work needs doing to the ceiling. Tea/coffee well provided. Exceptionally clean. Internet very week at times and ITV an issue even after you've signed in as signal too weak. Didn't need to interact with any staff. Getting keys etc very slick if staff not available - no issues. Can be a bit noisy in room 8 depending on who is staying above. Overall, a good stay and would use again if in the area."
