"Handy location - secluded area but close to main roads. Plenty parking. Clean spacious room although creaky floor (first floor). Good shower with plenty pressure and hot water. Breakfast was included and tasted great."

"Very comfy room and I slept well even though it's on a main corner. Everything clean, small shared kitchen and bathroom. The only thing for me was I felt the carpets needed a steam clean. I would ho back again."

"Good clean basic accommodation in a similar standard to P Inn or Travelodge. Free parking in a generously sized car park. Good (bus) public transport connections directly outside for Dunfermline centre or connections to Halbeath P&R just 1.5miles up the road."

"Where to start.. Upon arrival we were met with a big smile and our room was ready, and a lovely one at the front of the building which is part of the original coaching house, 4hrs later I had a freak accident on some steps (totally my fault not looking where I was going) I spent the next 4 nights in hospital with 2 broken ankles but these guy's couldn't do more. In-between picking my daughter up and bringing her back to the hospital with supplies and keeping in touch they then allocated a different twin room so my daughter and my dad (who came to the rescue as he's insured on my car) could stay closer to me in the complimentary ground floor room. We were treated so well even let us stay an extra night so I could at least see some of Scotland before heading home. The building is currently undergoing upgrades and I'm excited to see the results next year as we are definitely coming back... I will look where I'm going this time! All in all what an amazing place, staff and facilities were great, and people must allow them time to complete their renovation plans, for the price and location this is a gem and I cannot thank Louise and her team enough. See you in 2027 guy's ☺️❤️"
